What is your return policy for batteries?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused batteries in their original packaging. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on batteries that have been soldered, damaged, or show signs of heavy use.

Batteries should be stored in a cool, dry place inside a non-conductive plastic case. Never carry loose batteries in your pocket or bag, as contact with metal objects can cause a short circuit.
